The Narae Partners name and logo are our marks. Client and partner logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes. We grant you a limited personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Submissions

If you submit information through our contact form or otherwise contact us, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Your submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other ideas about the Site or our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use them for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

Changes

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Entire agreement; severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Narae Partners regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
