Narae Partners, Inc. (“Narae Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at naraepartners.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
This Policy covers information collected through our Site only. It does not cover the personal information of job candidates, which we handle in the course of our recruiting services and address in a separate candidate privacy notice provided directly to candidates.
Information we collect
Information you provide through our contact form. Our Site offers a contact form for prospective clients (companies interested in our recruiting services). When you submit it, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, company stage, and any details you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and servers may automatically log limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. We use this only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Fonts. Our Site uses Google Fonts, which loads font files from Google’s servers. As part of delivering those fonts, Google may receive your IP address. We do not control Google’s processing of that information; see Google’s privacy policy for details.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies on our Site.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and contact you about our recruiting services;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, website hosting and email providers), who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Narae Partners or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Cookies and “Do Not Track”
Our Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking your activity across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities across different websites through our Site. Because we do not track you across sites, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and as required for legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information. Our Site may link to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Children’s privacy
Our Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
